As of June 14, 2019 I am accepting cancellations (on premades only) for a $20 (USD) restock fee. This is only valid within the first 4 hours after a purchase. Fees occur on my end when a refund is issued, plus it takes my time to go through Paypal or Stripe to issue the refund and relist the item.
